The Transit Operations, Administration & Public Works Facility project was a significant infrastructure development initiative undertaken by the City of Sandy, Oregon between 2006 and 2009. The project aimed to create a state-of-the-art facility that would streamline the operations of transit, administration, and public works departments, leading to improved efficiency, coordination, and service delivery.

As the Project Manager for Engineering & Capital Improvement Projects, my primary responsibilities included providing leadership, facilitating collaboration, and overseeing the project delivery, performance, and plan implementation. We worked closely with consultants, clients, and owner's representatives to manage various tasks related to site planning, architectural design, and civil engineering.

In addition to managing the project's scope, schedule, and budget, we also played a crucial role in developing final plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the Transit Operations, Administration & Public Works Facility. By implementing stringent quality assurance and quality control measures, we ensured that the project met the highest design, construction, and overall functionality standards.

Our team managed multi-disciplinary engineering capital improvement design projects in transportation, transit, and urban planning throughout the project.
