Go Lloyd / Metro , Transportation Enhanced and Outreach Plan, Portland, Oregon
The Go Lloyd / Metro project is an ongoing collaboration between Go Lloyd and Metro in Portland, Oregon, with an estimated completion date in 2023.
As the Project Manager, the primary responsibilities involve overseeing transportation enhancement communication and outreach efforts and conducting equity engagement around the Regional Transportation Options (RTO) programs.
The project aims to promote inclusive and equitable transportation options, ensuring all community members can access efficient and sustainable public transit services.
Working closely with Metro, our team is responsible for engaging various demographics through focus group interviews and in-depth demographic analysis. This valuable feedback will help inform the development of transportation enhancement initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of Portland's residents.
In addition to data collection and analysis, our team is also responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to the board of directors of Go Lloyd. These presentations will serve as a vital component in the decision-making process, ensuring that the board understands the community's needs and preferences regarding transportation options.
Throughout the project, our team will remain on-call with Metro, maintaining a strong and consistent line of communication to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the overarching goals of equity, sustainability, and accessibility. By fostering an inclusive dialogue, we will work collaboratively to develop transportation solutions that meet the needs of Portland's diverse communities and contribute to a more connected and sustainable city.
