As the Project Manager for Site Development, Engineering, and Capital Improvement Projects, our primary responsibilities included providing leadership, facilitating collaboration, and overseeing the project delivery, performance, and plan implementation. We worked closely with consultants, clients, and owner's representatives to manage various tasks related to site plan development, design coordination, and land use permits.

In addition to managing the project's scope, schedule, and budget, we also played a crucial role in developing final plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the 99th Street Park & Ride facility. By implementing stringent quality assurance and quality control measures, we ensured that the project met the highest design, construction, and overall functionality standards.

Our team managed multi-disciplinary engineering capital improvement design projects in transportation, transit, and urban planning throughout the project.
